Me and my roommate Tyler took a long weekend excursion over to Boulder, Colorado for some Rocky Mountain air and a little tailgating at UC Boulder. Here’s a few pictures (Flickr slideshow) and a couple of videos I shot.

It was a great weekend. I hadn’t been to Boulder before. It’s a beautiful city, right on the edge of the Rockies. Tyler’s older brothers went to the University of Colorado at Boulder and his brother teaches there now. His parents also flew down from Michigan to party. We had a tailgate party on Saturday before the big UC game. It was hotter then hell out so we didn’t stay at the actual game very long but it was fun to check out a big college game. My college in Vermont had like 900 people, so it was cool to see a full stadium. On Sunday we took a drive up into Rocky Mountain National Forest. We reached about 12,000 feet before turning around for home.
